problems after withdrawl of profile

1- i created EE profile for first time in aug 2015 which expired in aug 2016.
2- then i again created a profile in Nov 2016, but when i tried to update my profile it did not get update , even i waited for months to get it updated. finally i did withdraw my profile.

now i cannot understand the procedure to recreate my profile... plz help me.


another quick question is that when we make profile there is a question regarding previous EE profiles. should i describe both OLD EE Profiles this time?

There will be option to withdraw your profile in your EE dashboard.
Just follow the steps and confirm the withdrawal.
The withdrew profile will still be visible in your list of profiles tables.
Once you withdraw the profile, you will be able to again see the "Create EE profile" button in your dashboard.
Click on that, follow the steps and re-create your profile.
The new profile will also be listed in the same table (having old withdrew profiles and this new one)

You don't need to delete it. Just go to your Job Bank profile preferences and update with new EE profile id and code.
Your new EE profile will be attached with your existing job bank profile.
