It's not ur username, its ur name with ur surname bcoz mine is jaspal_kang, so it should be similar to this

Seems like you applied offline. If you forgot your username, just create a new one and link application.

I got a letter regarding they will send me an email about important information. And I got my passport back without anything. That should be means I got rejected, right?
