Problem with re-uploading doc.

Hey,

I've recieved an e-mail saying that I need to reupload a new document, however I checked my checklist and I can't find a view document button to re-upload it. What should I do? I've been waiting for a month since the top of the website said the button will restore soon due to technical problem or w/e.

I am in the same situation, I have been asked to upload additional documents, but every time I click on "View Checklist" to upload the requested documents, I get the error:

Did CIC request an additional document from you? +/-

**Due to technical difficulties, the "View Documents" button may not be available. We are working to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience.

What should I do?
Does anyone know if Online applicants can submit supporting documents to CPC Vegreville?

PLZ HELP.....WAITING SINCE OCT 3RD!!!

I have a similar experience but depending on where the request come from, i would recommend sending it via VAC to the embassy responsible for your application
