My proof of funds is very long, mostly because the transaction list includes a lot of noise (lots of meaningless stuff like daily account revaluations show up as transactions). I was told that the maximum size of an uploaded document is 4 Mb. If I compress the whole pdf to 4 Mb, it becomes unreadable. Can anybody advise what to do in this situation? I'm thinking of two things:
- under "Proof of funds" section, only upload the documents relating to my main bank account, and upload document for my other accounts (which don't have any reasonable money on them and don't really matter) under "Other documents" section;
- not upload the scans of the copies of the original bank letters (see below for where the copies come from), and then upload these copies' scans under "Other documents" section.
Also, I have a couple of related questions:
1. Do you show documents for all the accounts that belong to you, or only only for those accounts which matter for the proof of funds?
2. In addition to the original bank statement, I also scanned the certified translation. The translation includes black-and-white copies of all the pages of the translated document, because in my country, that's how translations are certified: a notary figure sews together a copy of the original document and the translation, and then certifies that the translation was made by a recognized translator and corresponds to the original, copy of which is included. Is it the same in other countries? If so, did you scan the copies as well as the original documents?
