Problem with Job Bank Validation

Hi guys,

I have a problem with Job Bank validation.

I have just withdrawn my old EE profile which will expire soon, and created a new one.

I logged into my Job bank account and updated the new EE profile# & Validation code.

Nothing happened! It's still pending status for a half and hour.

Do I need to use another email to register a new job bank account, or it takes some time to reflect on EE?

Please help!! :'( I am not able to create a new job bank account. When I input my new ee profile#, it said the# is in use! I think it's because I have entered this # in my old job bank account. Then, I logged into my old account, tried to enter my old ee profile#in order to free up the new one, it said the # is invalid. What should I do now? :'(

Change the email id in your JB profile. Deactivate the JB profile after providing your old EE profile number. This would free up your email id and new EE profile number. Then create another seeker JB account afresh and link with your new EE profile.

If even this fails, create a fresh EE profile from scratch and link that with the JB account. The critical bit is changing email id on JB account and deactivating the JB account.

I changed the email ID without any problems, but I am still not able to re-enter my old EE profile#. It's still showing invalid:(. I guess I have to withdraw the profile again and start a job bank account all fresh:(

Well...Now it's showing accepted..but I haven't created a new job bank account yet, and the old job bank account has been deactivated... :eek: I have no idea on what happened ???

So I guess I just have to re-activate the old account and keep the changed email ID.
