Should not make a difference provided for paid representative:

a. consultant is licenced or lawyer/paralegal with appropriate membership noted;
b. cancelled previous representative on representative form provided since for any given process one may have only one representative

If you are being represented by someone paid or otherwise you need to provide a use of representative form so that the office reviewing your application may correspond with your representative. If you have someone completing applications for you and submitting them yourself and paying that person they may not be authorized to do this work and acting as a 'ghost' representative.

Have a look at the requirements related to representatives here:

What could happen if I do not inform Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) that I paid a consultant?

It is against the law to give false or misleading information to the Government of Canada. If you choose not to disclose the name of your consultant to CIC or the Canada Border Services Agency, your application may be returned or you may be refused entry to Canada.

Immigration consultants who advise you to provide false or misleading information are also breaking the law.

Under new legislation in Canada the above can result where a representative is used who is not disclosed.

Thank you for your information...The college people are ready to change my agent name now.......
Even my second representative also a registered consultant..... I have changed because they are not responded to my calls regularly and they didn't provided the filing information..I was so frustrated with their behaviour....so finally i changed my representative while filing.... Even informed to the college people before filing my VISA... and also I haven't signed on any agreement with my first representative....

If i get VISA.....Will it creates any problem after getting there..?

Sorry. It is impossible to say 100% what will happen on arrival since one never knows who they will talk to, but only generally what may happen/could happen.

If you have informed those processing the visa about the agent problems they may not have any concern or it may help them know if there is a problem with a particular agent.

You will have to decide what is best to do knowing what CIC has printed at their website about concern with representatives.

There will be no problem for your visa. Since you only appointed consultant B on the "use of representative" form, immigration will only do business with this person on your behalf.

Send(fax) a signed letter to your university informing them that consultant A is no longer doing business on your behalf and that no information should be shared with him/her. That is, you have terminated your contract/agreement with them. If you don't do this, consultant A will still be able to obtain information about you from the university.
