Problem uploading IMM5257

I am applying for a temporary resident visa and every time I try to upload the validated IMM5257, I get a message saying "not a valid PDF file".

Any advice?

Hello rrbraga. I think you may have to re-enter the information into a new IMM5257 form, validate and then upload the form into the system.
