Problem uploading attachments for BC PNP application

Hi,
I am having a problem uploading my documents in the attachments section of the BC PNP Express Entry skilled worker application. When I upload an attachment it come up with "undefined" in a red bar underneath the upload field. Anyone else come across this and know the fix?

Remove all the spaces and unusual characters. you can use underline instead of space
