Problem opening TRV Application in PDF

I am having difficulty opening the TRV Application Form (Singapore Office). Whenever I try to open it, it gives me a message that my adobe acrobat reader is outdated when I have downloaded the latest version.

Anybody else experienced the same? What is the solution?

Download the form and open it off-line instead of trying to fill it out in the browser. )
