Problem in Education History

Hello everyone! I'm having some trouble filling up the "Education History" section of the eAPR and I was wondering if I could get your opinion on a couple of things.

I pursued a 1 year master's degree in the UK from 2011 to 2012. However, I couldn't complete my dissertation on time due to medical reasons. My original submission date in Sept 2012 was deferred to Sept 2013 by the Board of Examiners. So, I returned to India and worked on my dissertation for one year. I successfully completed my degree after I submitted my dissertation online in Sept 2013. Therefore, the date of award on my degree certificate is Nov 2013.

Here are my questions:

1) "From" date of my degree is 2011. But should "to" date be Sept 12(date degree was due to be completed), or Nov 13(date degree was actually awarded)?

2) Number of academic years. Should this be one or two? Note that my final transcript gives details of courses in academic year 2011 to 2012 only.

I've been at my wits end trying to solve this issue for a month now!! Thanks for reading and I would appreciate any advice.

Thanks @bimale4bipeople and @FAIZAFAISAL - I was leaning towards those options myself.

Now if I give these responses in the "Education History" section, how do I fill out the "Personal History"? Do I make two separate entries for the two one-year periods, and explain the mismatch in information in the two sections in an LoE?

For example:
2011-2012 - Educational Activity - Master's degree - England
2012-2013 - Unemployed - Completing dissertation - India

I'm concerned that if I make only one entry to capture both years, like so:
2011-2013 - Educational Activity - Master's degree - England
it could be construed as misrepresentation because I was in England for just one year(as reflected in my UK study visa).

Or is there another way out? Thanks again.

Help, anyone? Still confused about this!

I've thought of a new way to frame my situation in Personal History:

(1) 2011-2012 - Educational Activity - Master's degree - England
(2) 2012-2013 - Educational Activity - Completing dissertation - India

For (2), not sure what to write under "Standing at the end of study period" or "Level of education", since this period covers only the extension of my deadline...

Thanks!
