Problem in CAQ

I sent my CAQ form and documents to the immigration office.
In CAQ tracking last update was on 10th August 2019 and it was
"

Your file is now open. Your file number appears at the top of the screen. "

It is probably 1 month so what should I do ?
And how many more days it will take ?
Please help me

What was the problem sir because its more than 1 month and i did'nt got any update after opening of filee i am soo worried my college has been started and they asking for caq to join

in my caq portal it says 1 new message but i dont know how to open that message...can somebody please help me..
