problem, Gic paid in the favour of college

i gave the bank every detail i knew including the email and at the end they made this mistake by keeping my college as FAVOURING IN but my beneficiary name and investment no is correct ??? ?
will that be accepted guys

i called them but the customer care cant understand wat "in favour of" means

Don't tell them about the favor number just ask them they had received your funds or not..and also send the TT to the scotiabank via email
