problem filling out a form

Hello,
I have a problem filling out the form IMM5669E "Schedule A background/Declaration". The problem is that I filled the form out and saved it. when I opened it it gave me a message and I can not write in it.. Any advice please. I am thinking of filling it by hand and filling out the other forms by computer... Please help ......
