After application is received, because private sponsorship should not take more than 2.5 years. 3 years is the maximum

It is impossible to explain without knowing the details of your case and current protocol for applications from your region with similar sponsorship. All you can do is attend the interview and see what they ask. You can ask at the interview whether a second interview is standard and why it was required.
