Dear Friends,
I friends Family member in Pakistan who were sponsored by group of 5 for Private sponsorship for refugee from Canada - alberta -and unfortunately his r family member missed appearing/going to the scheduled interview date which was yesterday as they travelled to afghanistan as a one of the family member(mother) who resides in afghanistan was really sick and when they were coming back there were some fights at the boarded and they were not allowed to cross the boarder so they are in afghanistan how could we explain this scenario to Interview officer in Islamabad - Pakistan as there were no communication means such as internet,phones etc were down???? for past 10 days or so????Any help will be appreciated....Regards....Zul
