Printing the application form

For the life of me, I cannot seem to figure out how to print the filled out form. The form itself lets me save it, reset it, but when I click on the "Print" button, it doesn't do anything. What am I missing here? The print option under file is greyed out and under the permissions, it says not allowed to print.

Had you started filling-in & progressively saving the version of the form made available by CIC/IRCC on October 11th, before they fixed the unable-to-print bug?

You have the old version of the form. Delete it from your computer, clear Adobe reader file list. Clear cache on your browser or use another browser to download the new one. It will print. When they first uploaded the form it didn't have print permissions, so you have the old one.

Thanks so much! I tried it and I can print it now, but now I have another problem. The fields don't adjust to match the content. For example, for question 11a, the address field is too small so when I print it, it shows "+" at the end and the address gets truncated. Would anyone know how to fix that problem? Thanks!

Yes, I have same problem. some fields are too small cant fit the content and when I print it out, there are onlu part of content could be seen. How can I fix it? anyone could help? Thanks!

Yes, I also have the same problem, what I am thinking is to attach separate paper for complete answer.

Can you take a screenshot of what you mean, so we can see? Just write fake information so you're not posting your information. Also are you using Adobe Reader DC? If not, update Adobe reader to the latest version, that usually fixes some of the issues people have.

I have Adobe Reader DC and still didn't print out the whole field. Any other advices?

The address , for example, is 3090 norman point road. It gets truncated to "3090 Norman". "Self employed" also got truncated to "Self Emplo". The fields in this version don't auto adjust like they did in the old form, but then the old form couldn't be printed.

Are you still sending your application even some word are truncated?

Nope. Defeats the purpose as the information is "incomplete". Quite surprising that there have been a few issues with their form this time around. I think it probably is something that should be brought up with them so they can fix it.

Yes, I am using adobe reader DC. I made sure I have the latest version.

Thanks guys, its really working with this old form, ROW height increasing as we fill up the details.
Last question, For this Q.11 for the period it's showing YEAR-MO format only for example, 2012-01 is that OK?
Or should be like 12-01-01?
