Another way that worked for me. first drag the cursor in the email to select the Annexure A, then right click on it and then click print, THIS WILL WORK.
but if you just press CTRL+p without selecting then, it will print the whole email and the annexure can span across 2 pages.

You don't need to submit the entire PPR email - only the filled Annex A section (handwritten or typed in), but yea no problem doing what you said either - just discard the extra pages

Where exactly do you write our mailing address???? I'm so confused! and where do we sign it?

You have to write your name address and phone number in the Annexure A that you recieved in email and take a printout, Additionally your address should be on the prepaid return envelope that you will include inside the envelope you are sending to them, Along with original passports and/or photocopy of passports.

Are you an inland or outland applicant? Inland applicants are required not to fill out the address section on the return envelope.

I printed this by opening mail in Google chrome and then clicked print, in the tab that opens, there is an option More settings , there I set Scale to 121, in the print preview it showed proper format in single page, you can also try adjusting this scale option in chrome.

Thank you Dora, this worked :)
Changing scale to 115 and removing headers and footer worked for me.

You can also select the Annex A table, then click print and choose print selected only. Worked fine for me in Chrome

open the email... go to print preview...adjust view percentage... view pages 6... and print...

ps: i did in internet explorer..
