Hi guys. is it okay to print the option C in my partner's CRA account ? or we really need to call the CRA? because we requested tpday and they said tha they can't process it

I've read that other people have included just the printout with their application and it was fine. Maybe someone who's done this can chime in? It's also a question that concerns me at the moment. My sponsor just printed this out the other day and whenever he calls CRA to obtain a printout, their lines are busy.
