@PR_Query @Sunilgopal1981 @Moazali6 - I am in the same boat. AOR 10 Aug. Remedical passed mid-Sept but no updates since then. All stages were passed in March 2021.

I think we all have one brilliant immigration officer assigned

Is the officer code confidential info? If not, I'd love to share it here (just to rant!). Until last year, the officer was quite fast with processing and approved our additional documents in a single day, twice! Something changed with 2021

Guys I just read somewhere that they gonna start fsw soon .. and because of that they wanna close the backlog asap.. thats y many of us got ppr on a single day .. so they are on it .. everyone ll get theirs very soon.. this s wat I think.. so stay strong just few more days to go ...

I have only received the "Request for Visa" email, I did not get any message in CIC account. What is the letter to be attached to the VFS webform - the email??

Hi All,

I know most of you know this, but hope this might be helpful for someone.


Required Documents:
1. RFV letter.
2. Original Passport.
3. Two photos.
4. Copy of the receipt of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF).
5. The height and eye colour (for both eyes).
6. VFS Consent form.
7. Courier and SMS form (depends on the country, this is for India).

Steps to be followed: ( Not sure of other countries, this is for India).
1. First u need to submit the webform to vfs for passport submission. One webform for one dependent and u need to submit one full package for one dependent. In the webform, select the catogory as PR and select yes or no for BIO. Then fill details of the dependent name as in passport, applicaiton no, contact info and address.
2. Once you submit the webform you will get a confirmation mail.
3. You will receive Payment link within 3 workign days, which is valid for 12 hrs only. If u missed to pay that then again u need to raise another webform.
4. Then they will assign airway bill number with 24 working hrs from the day of sucessful payment.
5. Courier guy from blue dart will collect the package from you, in the address that u mentioned in the webform after 3 to 5 days from the bill number generation.
6. As the airway bill have all the to and from address details, you can just address the package to "The Visa Officer, VFS Global Canada".
7. Once it is stamped, you will receive the COPR and Passport and number of days for stamping depends on the voulme of application in their queue.

To all who recently received PPR (4ready for visa mail) for outland dependant.Did you guys check CIC account .
Did IRCC ask to submit passport copy for PA (there is a new column to upload passport copy in supporting docs). PA already got COPR last month then why would ircc ask to submit passport copy

They have given deadline of 30 days to submit !!!! Is it for dependent, after receiving stamped passport , they need copy of stamp,, or for PA.
Kindly give your views .!! @legalfalcon @tajindertj

Hello Friends,

I am sending following document in single package to VFS . Outland Dependent is in India

1. RFV email from IRCC
2. Two Photo of dependent (Name, DOB, date , address and name of photo studio written at back)
3. Dependent Original Passport
4. Height and Eye color document (Just a Word document with PA and Dependent info of height and eye color)
5. Consent Form from VFS (This came when sent webform to VFS for passport submission online)
6. SMS consent form (Found online in forum)

Additional Supporting document (Even though not mentioned, I am sending this just in case)
1. Primary Applicant eCoPR
2. Primary Applicant passport photocopy

Please if anyone in group done this already , let me know if any document is missing or this is enough to submit

If the PA has already received COPR and landed since they were in Canada, the letter is for the dependents to submit their passport if they are outside Canada.
