Hi Guys

My outland spouse received re medical request and is completed today. How do we upload the results to IRCC , i do not see a option in my CIC login to upload the documents . I have submitted a webform with re medical documents. what's the right procedure to send the re medical documents? Please advise @legalfalcon

Thanks

Sending the webform is what you had to do and you have done it. Also, in the MyCIC account check if you have an upload window, if you do, upload the upfront sheet there. If not, no need to worry.

Hi everyone,
I am in a kind of mixed feeling now...
Happy to tell you that I got portal email but my case is bit messed up.. my husband is the PA who lives in Canada and iam the dependent in India.. we got remedical request on aug 12 and I did that on aug 24.. medical review passed on aug 27..

My husband already applied for his work permit extension through his employer and they had a representative to file that and he got it recently..

Because of this, the third person is marked as our representative for our PR application as well by IRCC.. and he received our portal mail on sep 3 rd itself and a reminder mail on sep 5th.. he in turn sent that to employer

I should say because of our good time, after 10 days employer told my husband all the above story.. and we struggled a lot to get the mail from the employer..

They didn't forward the IRCC mail directly, instead they sent that as pdf.. we replied to the mail yesterday..

And again as we were fortunate, able to get the IRCC agent on call after waiting for a long time and removed the representative ..

My concern is as we didn't reply to the mail sent by IRCC, will there be any kind of delay in the next process or will they be able to continue without any issue..

@legalfalcon Hi Sir, i have a question .
I am currently in canada and my wife was in india at the time of PR application submission (AOR Sept 15 2020) . She was in canada on open work permit from July 2019 to Jan 2020

Back in April 2021 , when i called IRCC, one of the IRCC agent told me that if the person was in Canada on OWP (not on visitor visa) then the current address must be canada address only . So we updated that in the call itself.

Now i am seeing many inland PA with outland Dependent getting some progress , however my application is in below status from feb 15 2021
Eligibility - recommended passed
criminality - in progress
Security - Not started

no updates till today.

Do i need to update her address to indian address ? or can i just leave it ? is this having an impact on my application processing

Thanks for the reply. I'm a bit confuse on the below, can you help? Its seems the process is -
PA - eCOPR then virtual landing and then apply for PR card
Dependant - eCOPR then PPR and visa stamping

Guys, I have question.

My spouse has visitor visa and currently is in Canada. Next month I will complete 12 months of NOC-B job and apply for EE.

My spouse just landed in Canada.
Now if I apply EE with me as Inland PA and include spouse in this application then dependent will be considered as Outland or Inland. Please note spouse has Visitor visa only. No Sin number, no bank account, nothing Canadian document except visitor visa.

Also, will that be possible for my spouse to apply OWP after appying CEC EE?

Thanks in advance.
