What is a tracking sheet ? Do u mean the Imm1070e form ? Or the acknowledgement from hospital?

My dependets got the remedical request on July 21st, they completed medicals on July 23rd and
on Aug 18th , status was updated as Medicals passed.
AOR - July 28th 2020
Inland PA + 3 dependents (India)
Status: Final decision pending
Is there any hope for 2019 and 2020 candidates with out land dependent to get COPR? No one has touched my file since April 2021 yet inland applicants who received AOR on April are gettting COPR now a days. How much long do we have to wait? Why IRCC isn't finalizing our cases? What is the logic behind this decision?
Its hard to say what will happen. There are 50-50 chances. Good news is that, as you said, they have started processing the outland dependents, so if covid situation continues the way it is going/improves and doesn't worsen any further, then it is fair to say that all the applications that are stuck should be resolved within a year or year and half. Good luck to everyone. Hope we all get what we want soon and forget this nightmare forever.
MPNP with 2 Outland dependents: 2020 September AR, 2021 June AOR, July 14 MR, July 19 MP. Have called IRCC twice, one is just yesterday, same status: eligibility and security not start. I asked the agent if my application is on hold, agent said no, it is opened and in progress. But actually there’s no any updates.
Same here .my AOR is jan 2021 with two Outland dependents but status is same .eligibility and security not started yet.file is not on hold .doing background check . No update at all.

Did you get an email or it was updated in your profile. Also any update regarding your dependent?
Are you just waiting for the final confirmation since January 2021? When did your spouse complete their biometrics considering that was the last step before the final decision. And do you know what is holding up your application?
I called IRCC and they said everything is passed for myself and my spouse and I just need to wait for the final decision. Considering my spouse only gave her biometrics on July 15th and everything is passed after that, I am hopeful that I will hear something in at least couple of months.
But then how long have you been waiting for final decision?
