It’s TCS. I thought to wait for this August month and submit application for BOWP on September first week for both myself and for my spouse to maintain her status in Canada.
( My current WP expiry is on Dec-31 2021. )
Most company now a days avoid BOWP processing. So its better you do it by yourself . However inform your company that you are doing it so you can continue to work rather than the company sending you back

In your case both of you are in Canada right. So your case is different here then this thread. Still, What I saw on these forum is Portal thing is not perfect when multiple applications in process. So, just wait and hopefully yours will turn up. If not you can email back the same portal email if wait time exceed 10-14 days. Inform IRCC via webform. If still nothing then u have to wait.
okay thanks for your response

I believe IRCC was doing virtual landing for the Primary Applicant . You should have been considered for virtual landing and once you become PR the family members can get their PR if they were Outland ? Did you write a web form regarding the virtual landing ?
Yes I called many times and was raising web forms to consider virtual landing for me alone first. But the agents were telling that, no we can’t do that as your spouse didn’t get CoPR yet. The only options they’re give were either to wait until VFS opens in India or to bring my spouse into Canada to proceed further with our application.

my spouse came to Canada in Feb 2021. But, on 17th July (after 5 months only) we got an update from ircc for redoing medicals for my spouse.

Sorry, I didn’t ask the company to process the BOWP for me. But to accept the Bridge open WP that we do it ourselves. And this BOWP is not accepted by the company.

hey dude. i spent 3 months to extend. it`s around 90 days. can you imagine that ? your travel time is so close. i think it will depend the custome offcier
Thanks I know my extension and stamping would not be possible before Nov 25 but I think we can travel outside Canada and be back as long as the visa is valid, unlike passport there is no minimum days a visa has to be valid to enter the country. I am curious though if there would be any issues

No way to get thm .they all treating us so bad in all the way.
I remember you. How're you doing? Are you going home anytime soon? I applied my travel visa and my husband's visa in April. Still nothing... I'd probably have to give it up in September. My husband is sick...
