Friends, Please advice on my below case

I'm CEC applicant (with family) and finally got COPR. I'm currently in Canada whereas my Wife and kid went to India for an emergency Trip. Can my wife return to Canada with her Visitor VISA and apply for PR once she reach Canada?

Aor:- Spetember 22nd 2020(PA Inland + 1 Outland Dependent)
Eligibility:- Passed
Criminality:passed

Before the Medicals was like Your medicals has been passed on November 4 2020

Today i received a ghost update in that our medicals were updated as You do not need a medical exam

So does this mean Medical in not required for both PA and outland applicant

@legalfalcon Please provide your reviews on this.

Most likely your meds have been extended.

Hi Experts and Mr. @legalfalcon,
Could you please advise if having a PR application being stuck in the Security Screening (A34, comprehensive) impacts issuing a TRV for a dependent outland applicant?
We got the 2nd GCMS notes yesterday and noticed that everything is passed for our CEC Inland application (Eligibility, Criminality, Information Sharing) but Security was empty. Upon further analysis of the GCMS notes, we saw that Security Screening (Comprehensive) was initiated on 5/5/2021 by IRCC.
I (dependent outland) desperately want to reunite with my wife (primary inland) and we thought of applying for a TRV on the grounds of family reunification but now that our application is in the SS we are not sure if IRCC even approves TRV for cases when there is a PR application being stuck in SS (Comprehensive).
Thanks in advance!

The security screening for TRV and PR applications is separate. Having an ongoing security screening for a PR application will not hamper your application for a TRV.

You have received COPR for your family members, they can't travel because TRVs will be invalid once you have your COPR. They will have to apply for PRTD check the link for more details.
