What you have wrote is perfectly fine just atler word SPOUSE to OUTLAND DEPENDANTS and yeah CEC to PRINCIPAL APPLICANTS OF CEC AND PNP CLASS
As their main concern is growing economy and that's why they are allowing students and works and now with valid coprs. Then we also contribute a lot in raising their economy being away from our families. And now when we have meet requirement and have approved file either on GCMS notes or some with copr our families or family member should be giving priority to join us.

Below is the form that my outland dependents need to submit to VFS office in my country. But I'm not sure if the mailing address should be Canadian address or the address where my dependents live.
