how do we petition and put it on the meeting's agenda? Is there a specific minister I am reaching out to from the list?

Use the email to contact the committee and they will guide you. Ideally you have to file a detailed petition, which is letter listing out what you want to say and print before the committee.

why do we only have so few signatures up till now ... guys c'mon help help participate. Put your name down .. this might be our only shot raise our voice
Sign the document

Meeting is on 24 March .. so we don't have much time to spare.. we need more signatures ...!!!
thank you guys ...

we are going to send our letter on Monday morning the latest. Need to be numerous in our voices otherwise they will not hear us.

and please do not share your EE application number when signing our letter. I am not sure but i suppose it is personal information and can not be publicly available

Should you also mention somewhere the duration/time the spouse has been apart? I am sure if they see there are people with 18/20/22/24 months of separation - that's going to have some impact.

Also, somewhere we will need to mention that spousal sponsorship/family reunification is being worked on by IRCC - however, express entry family unification falls in a different category and IRCC has not yet prioritised these applications. Because if you just say - family reunification, Marco Mendicino is going to say that we are already working on it - which is not accurate

So you guys think my draft is ok? are we going to put some changes there or add something? Or may be somebody has composed another draft? Let's decide and then ponder on how to sign and send. I guess we are short of time as its already 12 days of March left
It’s okay and I would just change some grammatical errors but it is very well written.

yeah, thank you. Sorry to have made mistakes, tried my best to avoid them

If we everyone is up for it we can send out a letter collectively before the meeting comes up in March that gives us an opportunity to voice our concern
Thank you
I am up for it, I am waiting from June 2019. Not sure how to go about it though.
