Main applicant is in Canada and dependent in India. CEC. AOR 9 Oct. Medical and Biometric done for all.
Main Applicant work permit is renewed till Jan 2022, but not yet got the TRV. Dependent Visitor Visa filed in This month, and the processing time is 7 months. (249 days), that mean probably will get in July 2021. This means will not able to meet till Aug 2021.. We are away from last 1.5 years. Its really painful.

Hi Guys,

I received my GCMS notes today. It says "File approved" "Ready for visa" but when I called recently, they told me my application is awaiting for final approval.. is there another approval that has to happen?

My eligibility status is recommended pass and I did my biometrics in November 2020. However, I haven't received BIL for my spouse yet and it's so frustrating.
The cic agent is keep telling me to wait for the further instructions whenever I submit the webform or call them. Is there any way that I can address this issue? Is anyone else in the same situation and waiting for BIL of an outland spouse?
The dependent applicant is in India
