There is several portal for this.I just applied .they should understand that it is for reunification.
I thought of applying for visitor visa for my spouse but my immigration consultant said that there high chance of refusal. He asked me to apply for Spousal Open Work Permit.

AOR: September 23 2020
Category: CEC Inland Primary Applicant + 1 Outland Dependent(India)
Got married in Oct 2020, added spouse to my express entry profile
Documents request for spouse in December // sent all docs through webform
Biometrics: December 07, 2020 passed // No Biometrics request sent for spouse till date
Medicals: January 03 2021 // passed for both
No update for 5 months
Final Decision: Refused in May 2021 due to insufficient job details
Applied for reconsideration request the same week with supporting documents from employer.
Reply from IRCC - Forwarded to Alberta VO after verification , application under process
No updates since then.

Ok.it ll sought out.I also claimed points for job offer which I have but can I go to home country n wait for PR.they ll cut my job offer’s point or it would be valid.

As long as you completed 1 year work experience under NOC 0,A or B and claimed points for it, you can got to India anytime...it shouldn't affect your application. Even I m considering going to India if I don't get any updates in the next 2 months
