Principal Applicant (Inland) Dependent (Outland) during COVID-19

This is for everyone:

My friend called IRCC and asked about the hold for outland dependents of inland applicants... agents said that their applications were on hold before but its not longer the case - there was a new public policy last week and now outland dependents are given coprs and they are allowed to come.

Please take this by pinch of salt. IRCC have the habit of delaying things. However, through this news we can live in some hope for next few days which we have lost in past months.

Don’t trust a word coming out of these IRCC agent’s mouths unless they publish it officially. One agent will tell you something and call back for the same questions another agent will tell a complete different story.

The decision envelope for my spouse has been dispatched. I hope she got the visa but I have to wait until she get it.

On the other hand, I have not received anything.. Portal login, COPR nothing... I hope I get it soon also.

The decision envelope for my spouse has been dispatched. I hope she got the visa but I have to wait until she get it.

Same for me, I haven’t received anything yet. My representative just send a letter from CIC which said that you have now been issued COPR. He received his visa and COPR in the mail today.

@nurzohra PPR I got on 12th May 2021. Same day I informed them I am the primary applicant in Canada and spouse outland. She submitted her passport on 18th May 2021. On 20th I got request for RPRF and now today 29th of June the decision envelope has been dispatched.

I hope she got the visa and COPR.

Hi, please advise has your spouse been all time in US once you applied for PR? Or she came to US from other country? My family coming to US in July and I want to raise webform to confirm that they are in US . Hoping they will speed up our application.

Mine too has been dispatched yesterday. I hope we get the visa soon

My spouse who is inland has not recieved copr, portal login, nothing. I hope all this won't delay the passport submission
