I believe we are talking about IMM5669 - Schedule A background/declaration form, i re-checked it now, the form is not giving an option to select years, we have to write years and then print the form, confirm the form number you are saying IMMXXXX

Not able to see what you pasted there but to my knowledge I don't see any drop downs in IMM5669 form, jes_ON , senorittabella can u guys help me understand this dropdown?
