Hi,
Situation is, I have an Aunt who will be sponsoring my Application under family support stream, I have been working Full time for the past 4 years, but I did not finish my college. My common-law partner is also working for 4 years now and she finished her college with Bachelor's degree.
My aunt is willing to sponsor us, but we couldn't decide on who will be the Principal applicant is.
Need help. Is it going to be advantage if I am the principal applicant since it's my relative by blood? or my partner, with her education status?
If my partner will be more likely to be the principal applicant, will she be eligible to apply under family support stream?
Need to decide before taking IELTS next month.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

I think you likely will need to take your question to the PNP forums as this is a forum solely based on family class sponsorship, i.e. spouses and parents/grandparents. They type of 'sponsorship' you are talking about it a bit different and I know that I personally have no idea how to respond and I think many that are on this forum would be about the same.

Good luck in your journey!

I am pretty sure your aunt cannot sponsor you, especially since you have a common law partner. Your aunt could definitely not sponsor your common law partner since they are not related in anyway at all.

Edit: Alurra has it pretty spot on. You don't apply to the 'family class' part of sponsorship. Good luck!

I think they are referring to a PNP sponsorship type application with the Aunt being like a 'guarantor' or something like that, Zarilenth, which is nothing like the types we are used to. LOL
