My crs is 386 in 3113 NOC. Some days back my consultant applied my express entry profile in PEI PNP express entry and even I received mail of successfully adding my file in PEI database. The eligible criteria for PEI is to have job offer but I don't have. So is it possible for me to get ITA from PEI. Even I asked my consultant and he assured me about some chances to get ITA. I am in doubt. Please somebody clear it.

PEI has two streams, one of them requires job offer, the other one does not, just EE profile needed.
Every application receives the message that it will be added to database. No one guarantees you receive an ITA.
You'd better read the original sources for PNP than pay money to a consultant, the process is extremely transparent.

I would suggest you take a look at the PEI PNP website for yourself so that you fully understand the criteria they have.

It doesnt cost you anything to look up all the PNP programs offered from different provinces and that way you dont have to rely on whatever a consultant tells you.

Much bettr to just understand how things work for yourself.
