Primary VO RROC and secondary Ottawa

Hey All,

Anyone here has an update from RROC VO. Below is my timeline:
AOR 19th March 2021
Everything is passed and approved on June 4th
VO RROC
Secondary Ottawa

I haven't received PR portal yet
When I called they said my file got approved on August and it is now in RROC

Did you guys received any update?? I’m may12. Acc to notes and mp response everything is passed and the file is still processing at rroc. Is the office closed due to covid ??

# Added my spouse to my application after AOR.
# Still waiting for my spouse to be added to my application.
# Not received Biometric request from IRCC for my spouse yet

Any idea what I can do to get BIO request for my spouse?

Hi!
I applied for TRP online for my wife and IRCC told me that it’s approved and now its in RROC,
Can someone please tell me, how i can email or call RROC and how long its gonna take to finish the work from RROC ?
