Primary NOC

I have two NOCs in 1 year CEC. For the first 4 months it’s 4212 and now currently working in NOC 3219 for 10 months. So far I know the primary NOC has to be at lease 1 year work experience. But i don’t have complete 1 year experience in any job in Canada rather i gathered 1 year experience combining with 2 jobs. In that case, what should be my primary NOC?

Please note that I have 5 years work experience back in my country in NOC 4165. I am assuming i cant use this NOC as my primary NOC as i am applying for CEC. However, I am claiming point for this work experience. Please suggest what should be my primary NOC?
