My spouse has a better score in crs then me. However she has taken a career break since 3 years. Is she eligible to be primary applicant ( and i become a senconday) based on her past job profile/ experience ?

A career break doesn't matter, as long as she still has at least one year of continuous full time work experience in an NOC Code Skill Type/Level 0, A, or B in the last 10 years. But there's a lot more than just work experience that comes into play when determining eligibility. Complete the FSW eligibility test (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp) and the CRS score tool (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp) to find out if she's both eligible and likely to receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA). Current consensus is that one needs to have a CRS score right now of about 435 to stand a chance of getting an ITA, but that cut-off score could increase or decrease in the future.
