my boyfriend and i are going to get married and I will be moving with him in canada ONT..i am in usa..from begining to end how much will this all cost app fee etc..

my 16 yr old daughter will be coming with me,..she needs student visa while waiting for PR? Once she gets PR will she still need student visa? as PR will i have to pay for her to go to high school?

can my soon to be huband sponcer her if she is not his kid?

I have enhance driver LIC that i use to get back and forth to canada..do I need a passport to?

You need a passport to apply for PR. An enhanced drivers license won't be accepted. Your daughter needs to get a passport too.

No - your daughter will not need a study visa once she becomes a PR. However if she wants to study in Canada before becoming a PR, then yes - she will need one.

Yes - your boyfriend can sponsor your daughter because she is your dependent.

Some countries are visa exempt (e.g. US). This means you don't need a visa to visit Canada as a tourist. However if you want to stay permanently, you still need to apply for PR just like everyone else.

No - the fact that you cross back and forth across the border to visit your boyfriend isn't sufficient proof of your relationship. You need to provide much more. Things that others have provided: photos, emails, texts, letters, joint bills, joint leases, joint property ownership, joint bank accounts, bills from wedding ceremony, proof of joint travel, etc.

Application costs are $1040 for a single person. There will be an additional fee for your daughter (not sure how much this is). On top of that you will also have to pay several hundred dollars for the medicals and police checks.
