I don't think any jobs or interviews ask you for such info. You will have to declare while applying for a visa though in Canada.

I have seen may job posting in linkdIn that asks for previous visa rejection.
 
Do you have work authorization? If so then you would have declared your refusal.
Not yet till now…Searching only….we just tried for a simple visit to US…we dint have much travel history…..no other reason for rejection

Well your employer will need to pay $1000 and apply for a LMIA to prove no Canadian or PR can do the job, only you. It may not hurt to be honest given the employer has to pay for the LMIA and take the time to prepare all the paperwork. If the employer gets the LMIA after several months then you apply for a closed work permit. The process can take up to a year or more.
