My spouse had a medical a year ago for SOWP and it was then we found that she had TB. The medical report says that evidence of TB is present but NO strong suspicions of active tuberculosis. I got really worried about it but it went all fine and she received her SOWP without being asked for any additional tests. Later she arrived in Canada and we saw a doctor, they put her on treatment for 6 months and that's completed now.
Now, we are applying for PR and i came across this question "Has xxx had any serious disease?". What should i answer for this question, YES or NO?
I was opting for NO because the medical we had says that there is no strong suspicion of active TB and she got her SOWP based on that medical with no issues.
I am also confused if i should say YES? if i say YES, then i reckon CIC might delay/reject the application or ask for more tests.
Can anyone please guide me on how to proceed?
