Previous Refusal and 2nd attempt

hello everyone .
My application was refused previously and the reason was 'purpose of vist' i was admitted in a college diploma ,while this time i am going for masters in the same city ,how far first refusal can effect my 2nd attempt while i am going for masters this time .are they going to see previous notes and make a decision again or its a new beginning ?

It will definitely affect your second attempt. the best thing would be ordering the CAIPS to check the officer notes. and then write a strong SOP.

You are wrong....

Previous refusal are not a reason for new refusals...

Just build a strong enough case and you will be fine... They might know however that you were previously going for a diploma and now for a Masters, you might want to justify this so the officer won't think the only thing you won't is to go to canada and stay there illegaly afterwards... Good luck

how long it takes to have caip notes ? Procedure ?

how to justify the point of being enrolled in diploma previously and now going for masters ?

I am just sharing my experience, I am not wrong, one of the reason for my refusal in second attempt based on the CAIPS note was "Previous refusal".
 
As you say it was one of the reasons....

I mean if you meet all the requirements and have all in your application... They won't refuse you only because you were refused before... If they find any inconsistency they might refuse you again..

But just make sure to neall their requirements and justify with a strong SOP that this time you are going for a Masters....

You should be fine...

There's a lot of people getting visa even after 3 rejections...

WHEN YOUR VISA WAS REJECTED... AT THAT TIME U HAVE COMPLETED UR GRADUATION OR U HAVE APPLIED AFTER 12TH.

yes i had done my graduation and with 3 years professional experience
