Previous employment letter with no letterhead

Hi everybody,
I know it is very important to have the employment letters with the company's letterhead but the problem is the person that was going to help me with this (my previous co-worker and supervisor at some point and currently the coordinator of the department) is not authorized to use the letterhead so she can give me the letter without it.

On the other hand, HR can only give me the information for my last job title. The thing is I had 3 different job titles in almost 7 and a half years but only the last two are NOC B and in my profile I have them detailed.

Has anyone else faced this issue? How did you work it out? Did you have a positive outcome in your application?

I hope anyone can help me with this.

You can use the letter from your supervisor/co-worker without it being on an official letterhead. Make sure to include person's contact details. Add the letter from HR with whatever details you can get. Include all other relevant documents in support of your employment record (joining/offer letters, work contracts, salary slips/bank deposits, etc.).

Edit: Don't forget to mention you were unable to get a letter on an official letterhead. Explain your situation in your LoE.

You planted the seed of doubt in my head. My former workplace gave me the letter on official letterhead but being the cheap people they are printed it in black and white not color. Would that cause an issue? I'm thinking of asking for another one but would rather avoid it as I didn't leave on good terms
