I am ready with all possible documentation and ready to submit PR application.
but thought of ensuring below points before submit.
I have got reference letter from current employer from canada and india (i am ICT guy) with Job duties for all most 6 years(2.5 canada +3.2 in India).
1. I didn't get reference letter for rest of 3 previous employers and since it requires lot of effort but i have offer, payslips and experience and Tax submission documents,
Please suggest still i need to get reference letter for old companies.
i don't want to remove from work history put it into personal history which may cause further problems.
