Hi ,

I am trying to apply for immigration under FSW. I am requesting one of my previous employers to give me the Job duties that I had performed with them when I was working with them. However they have bluntly refused to provide that document. Saying its against there internal policies.

Can you please suggest what to do? Thats the only thing which is stopping me from applying?

any alternatives?

Ask him a letter bearing your designation,I think which is enough to prove you performed duties that your designation entails it.

No, it won't. The OP requires a letter that outlines his job duties, his salary and his hours of work.

Hi...If your reporting authority does not give you a reference letter in that case you can ask your colleagues, peer group to give you reference letter, who know you and have idea about your work.

this

Get a letter from someone with a clear basis to know what you did at that employer, and make sure he/she explains that basis in the letter.

Thanks guys for your support.

1> My manager will not write anything.

2> The HR department, will only write a letter which says that I work for them, the length of employment, my designation (which does not match with the NOC).

3> I also have my contract letter which states my designation BUT no duties.

4> I have a senior colleague who is willing to write few points about my duties, on his official email id and send it to my official email id. So can i take a print out of this official email id and attach it with my application. What all should I include in this official email id.

So guys do you think point number 2+3+4 along with a covering letter will be able to fetch me points.

Should I include anything else?

Please help.

Cheers

I haven't tried it yet. Just getting inputs from the members here. I will be applying late November. I swear this experience letter is such a big problem
