MissY is from the Philippines and he worked in Qatar before. Is it necessary to declare that she worked in Qatar before? The problem is she will be asked for a police clearance as part of her application process since she lived in Qatar for more than a year. The passport that she used in Qatar (with all the visa stamped) are now expired and missing. She is worried that it will delay her sponsorship if she wont be able to provide a police clearance from Qatar.

My personal opinion is it's always the best to be truthful with any kind of application. Even if it gets delayed I would prefer delay rather than rejection due to misrepresentation and than getting banned for years and then redoing the entire process.
I got my police clearance from Qatar too since I was there for more than 6 months and yes , if you know anyone there , it's a pretty simple process but you need to have the details of the Qatari visa ,dates you entered and left Qatar.

Have they tried to contact their previous employer to see if the PRO still has copies on file?
