Previous common law relationship

IMM1344 and IMM5533 both ask whether the sponsor has previously been in a common-law relationship.

I was previously in a conjugal relationship that extended over several years and included joint property ownership and other entanglements, however, there was never a period when we lived together more than 50% of the time.

Since IRCC would not recognise that relationship as a common-law marriage, I intend to answer NO to the questions.

Does anyone believe I have an obligation to disclose any information about that relationship ?

You were not common-law, so no, you do not need to disclose it.
