Previous Canada experience expired

Hi,
I was working on work permit in Canada for almost 2 years . Currently I am planning to apply for PR , but CEC expired as its been more than 3 years since I left Canada.
Soon will be coming to Canada on WP. Will I be eligible under CEC, once I start working here again or do I have to wait for another ONE year to be considered under Canadian experience class?
Please advise.

Its not clear to me. Does that mean I can apply for PR immediately when I start working again in Canada accounting my previous work experience here.

No, I meant that you need another 1 year of work experience before you're eligible for CEC.
