Previous Application - Saskatchewan EE Application

Greetings everyone!
Please I have a question, How do I fill the PREVIOUS Application category, I have only applied for the Express Entry and my acceptance to the pool gave me the eligibility to apply for the SNIP. Should I just leave the particular form? Kindly help with an answer.

if you previously applied for SNIP. you have to fill this form.In yout case it is not applicable if you never applied for SNIP

I have not applied for the SNIP before.
There is no place to fill not applicable.
Also, one can't leave the form unfilled it will indicate not yet filled.
Should I input details about my EE application ?
