But I think it doesn´t longer apply right? I mean it is quite probably the next year the requirements will change, aren´t they?

what is going to change is the way Quebec is going to choose his candidates, but the criteria to meet by every candidate will be the same i think Age, profession, work experience, french, english, etc.

the main criterias will be age, profetion and french because they need workers with easy adaptability
