My grandfather's niece is a canadian citizen she want to invite me and my grandfather to visit canada for family visit and family seeing and tour of some famous places in canada .


1.) So , can my grandfather's niece send invitation letter containing name of both of us ( me and my grandfather ) in one invitation letter or we should get it seprately from her ?


2.) she is inviting me too with my grandfather to visit her because he is an old person . He is 80 years old and suffering from deafness cnt able to hear properly with hearing aid also.


3.) he is illitrate person and dnt know english or any other language rather than punjabi and he also want to travel with me bcz he want someone who will care take of him in the way it is easy for him to travel with family member

Work permit fruad in 2015

I apply for work permit in 2015 and they fruad me And take some money from me while giving me a fake job letter and they submit my passport with file in embassy and i got rejection i dnt know anything about my work permit file what document they attach but i only give they a passport and i only have a tracking id for checking status of my file . What should i do now can i apply for visitor visa

Who can apply as a main applicant ? May i apply as a main applicant i have doubt bcz my relatives ( who is hosting us ) have a direct relation with my grandfather not with me . And my grandfather dnt have proper documentation need a great advice here

1 . Im working as a gas station manager from 2015 near about 3.5 years . My salary is INR 20,000 per month


2. My doing farming also bcz this is our family business my farm earnings are INR 6,00,000 per year


3. I have 3 year itr's ( 2017 itr shows annual income is INR 9,00,000 but 2015 and 2016 respectivly 240000 and 275000


4. I owned land near about 4 acres recently transfered to me by my grandfather


5. I owned one house and registred on my name and electricty bill


Plz suggest me Having any chnce to get trv visa

2) itr of 3 year

3) annual income is 9,00,000 lakh

4) im a memeber of non registered ngo who is help poor school childerns

A fake immigration agent done fruad me they take money from me while showing me aprroved visa's of other people and said they will give me a work permit of 2 year . They submit a file in embassy in delhi and i dnt have any uci no or any other detail of my work permit file i have only tracking id for checking status of my file . And i want to apply for trv now what should i do now ? Even i dnt know what documents they attach to my profile at tht time bcz i only give them a passport woth photogrphs and family detail form

Did you sign any document submitted for visa? Any proof you paid to the agent and how much? Any police report could support the fact of the fraud?

You need to make visa officer sure you are innocent. Otherwise, you should be responsible by signing any fake document of your application.

Yes i do sign on lmio of work permit offer letter from a food packer company and on family information doucment only . Yes i have a proof of payment done by me but i made a payment in cash i have only photograph og agent with money . He take 10 lacs . Now hs is in jail in india . He done fruad with many others and they file a case in police but he told to me thst if we file any they he will not give a money back . If we dnt file any case he will return money back to us in future because he is from our town

It's very hard for you to get approved frankly as your involvement in a work permit fraud in 2015. You showed your willing to work in Canada and you'd like to pay someone to arrange it with fake document. It doesn't matter you make the document intentionally or someone cheats, your willing will flag and officers likely make negative decision.

I never ask them to arrange any fake document even i dnt submit any fake document the documents they take from me onlymy passport , photographs , family detail nothing as they take from me .and i dnt know what else documents they submit .

2) How can i explain about my travel histroy bcz i never visit outside india

I want to change my job from my current job bcz im working with my company from last 3 .5 year and i have a job offer from other employer which offer me a great salary package INR 26500 per month IF i change mh job now 2 months before applying trv does it show my employment unstable ? They want to do concert witg me for 1 one and after one year they will renew this concert

The salary offered by the new employer will not have a positive impact on your chances of getting a TRV. It is quite low.

You should first check whether you were only refused the work permit.... or if you were banned for misrepresentation as well.

You will need to declare your WP refusal when you apply in your TRV/any future visa application.

I reiterate that your chances of getting a TRV are slim to none. It's up to you if you still want to apply
