First of all Hi to all of the members and I am pleased to join a active community like this.

I am planning to apply for Canadian Immigration FSW-1 category, I have completed my Bachelors in Business Studies in UK and plus I have also attained four years full time work experience in UK while I have studied. I have checked the NOC list and I qualify for two NOC codes.

My questions are:

1 - What are the documents that I have to submit when I intially submit my application? and

2 - I am appllying from UK but I want to include my mother as my dependent and she lives in India, which application processing center should I choose New Delhi or London?

Replies from seniors and all active members are welcome, and I would like to thank everyone in advance whomsoever gets involve in this thread.

You just need to submit the PR form which can be downloaded from CIC and attach you IELTS result if you have already done IELTS.

You cannot include your mother at this stage until you get your PR and then after reaching their in Canada then you can apply for her PR (as per my knowledge )

All application guides for F.S.W. : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

You cannot just choose any processing center, if you are in London you have to send application to London office.

Regarding Mother you have to recieve your P.R. visa first and then proceed with Mothers visa. I think she has to apply through family class but ask seniors for better info.

Ans. Please refer to the link mentioned below

Ans. Which Visa are you on in UK. First clarify that. You must be legally allowed to stay in a country for 1 year from that date you apply in order to be eligible to select a visa office. So if you are legally allowed to stay in UK then select London, but in my suggestions if you can select New Delhi, nothing like it as its faster than UK but you might have to face hassles like send passport to India or may be have to go to India to attend an interview if by chance they ask you for it.

Check for answers in Red above. Regarding your mother, she cannot be included in the application of PR under the category of FSW. Once you become a PR, file for her tourist visa and the once you file your first tax return then file for her PR application under then Family Class - In land.

Best of luck
