Preparing an affadavit [Sponsorship Letter]

Is there any special format? Structure?

I heard a mention of special kind of paper? If that only for India or all countries? (Paki applicant here)

I also read it has to be notarized by a public notary. What exactly is the notarization process and where does on find public notary?

Hope to get feedback on this!

Preparing affidivit for what purpose?
one kind of affidivit we prepare in india is to show name change in results...

I've been told the sponsor has to write up an affadavit. A sponsorships letter, I guess.

AFFIDAVIT OF SUPPORT

I ****** S/o *******, resident of village******, Tehsil & District****, Pakistan do hereby solemnly and sincerely declare and affirm as under:

That ******is my real son, who is offered a place as a full time student for “******” by UNIVERSITY OF ****, city, CANADA.
That being his *** I will be responsible for his entire expenses relating to his studies, travelling, stay etc.

That I am financially sound and have sufficient funds, as it evident from my attached documents.

That I have submitted his first year full tuition fee have put about 2.4 Million rupees in his account for his first year expenditure in CANADA and further fee and expenditures will be paid at time without any financial hardship.

That I am the sole proprietor of my business titled as “**********”, Agriculture land and commercial plot at Tehsil and district ***8, Pakistan which is my regular source of income.

The above statement is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief and nothing has been concealed.
