Preparation for Express Entry-2015 / FSW-2015

Dear All,

unfortunelty, I have not prepared enough for FSW-2014. So, even-though i can qualify for PR, I am not prepared with my application.

So, I want to prepare for next year for my PR application.

can senior & experienced members advice what all documents I can keep ready to immediately apply for next year.

a) WES :
can I now send the certificates to WES, and get the certificate ready to attach with next year application? what is the validity of certificate/attestation of WES for my qualification.

b) PCC:
I need PCC for India, UK ( Past countries) & Bahrain (current country)
can i request to authorities now & arrange all this PCC in 2 or 3 months time & then attach it for my next year application.

c) IELTS:
I need to start the preparation to give IELTS exam.
what is the validity of the IELTS score? if I pass in Oct-14, this score is valid for 12 months? 24 months?

d) Engineer recognition in Alberta :
I am willing to work in Oil & Gas filed of Alberta. So, I need to get my qualification & experience recognized by
"The Association of Science and Engineering Technology " So, I need to do preparation for this also, before entering Canada.

d) any other preparation that I should be ready with at the time of application?

I am in Middle East, I need to stay here for 2 or 3 more years, so that I will save enough before I move to Canada.
So, I anyway need some time, so dont need to apply this year.....but i want to prepare for next year....so Please help....

Yes, you can. It is generally valid for 5 years.

I suppose PCC is only valid for 6 months (atleast the one for India, for other countries you can wait for someone else to reply). So, most of the times it is advised to wait for the request for PCC, so that the applicant can provide latest PCC.

It is valid for 2 years. So, I'll advice you to wait couple more months & then take IETLS exam. Oct-Nov should be good enough. Be sure to book exam date well in advance.

No idea about rest of your queries, hopefully someone else might be able to answer those for you.

Expression of interest - a Canadian employer expresses an interest in hiring you for a vacancy that they can't find a person to fill in Canada. This means you need an offer of employment to begin with.

Not exactly "depends on request" per say, it is a mandatory document, so they will request it eventually. Since, these are valid only for couple of months, so they have given the option to submit it on later stage.

The way they have designed the program, it is like match-making service, only that here employer need will be matched with best possible employee. You will be submitting all the necessary details (your education, work experience, desired NOC etc.), which will be made available to the employers. Those employers will express an interest in a desired person to fill the vacancy, & then extend an offer letter to that person. I guess only after that one would be able to file for immigration under this program. But it is supposed to be faster (3-4 months processing time). Atleast that's what I have understood about it so far.

I have seen FSW application form, in that they have asked to mention all the travel details. so, i visited Many countries for many many times since I was 24. So, Should I mention all? or only significant travel only.

The question is CIC will ask for any/all countries that i mention in that form?
if they ask for all then i will be dead in contacting that many countries.

Also, how much time does CIC give to arrange for required PCC....

I'm not really sure about this, so you should wait for someone else's reply. But I would assume you might have to mention all details, because as far as I remember they do request photocopies of your passport stamped pages & other related travel docs.

No idea what procedure they follow for travel check, but I'm pretty sure you wouldn't have to worry about contacting anyone. As long as you have mentioned your travel history & provided necessary docs, you should be fine. I think rest is their job, however they wanna do a check on the provided info.

What does this mean?

I checked for skill select.... its exactly like match making....u submit EOI application, and if an employer shows interest then u r allowed to apply VISA.
So it seems 2015 plan may b difficult for most of us, unless if one nuclear scientist or astraunauts! !!
